Shipping

Purchases made between Monday - Friday will be sent within a 24 hour period of time.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We endeavour to process all other orders within these time frames, however during busy sale periods this may take a little longer.

You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.

Returns

Thank you for purchasing with us – we hope you love your new treasures. If for any reason your piece arrives and you are unsatisfied, you may return for a credit ONLY or exchange for another item.

Returns for exchanges or credits are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for full price items. Sale items and hair accessories are non-refundable.

To satisfy terms for credit or exchange, items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed as well as tags still in place. To avoid disappointment, we recommend trying all items as soon as they’ve been delivered to ensure you meet the timeframe for returns. Please take care when trying on your clothes so as not to damage or stain them otherwise these will not be eligible for consideration.

If you receive an item that has been damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via our contact page and we will request images to determine a reasonable outcome, in the form of a replacement or credit.

If you receive an item that is not listed on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately and we will arrange to send the correct item to you and cover the cost of the return shipping of the incorrect style within 14 days of purchasing.

All returns should be sent via registered post. Any items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Feather + Fig. Please include Order Number with your return which can be found on your Confirmation Email. We do not refund shipping charges unless your items arrive faulty. Exchanges will be resent at your cost, please ensure a return mail bag is included with your returns.

RETURNS PROCESSING

Please fill out our Returns Form. Once the items have been received, they will go through a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your exchange item or credit. Exchanges and credits will be processed within 2 working days of approval which you will be notified via email.

All credits are valid for 6 months.
